From Cosworth to Renault

The Mild Seven Renault F1 Team is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert White as Technical Director (Engine). Formerly Chief Engineer at Cosworth, 38 year-old White assumed control of all technical activities at Viry-Châtillon effective 1 January 2004, and will work alongside Deputy Managing Director Bernard Dudot at the French site.
“We are delighted to welcome an engineer of Rob’s calibre to the team at Viry,” commented Managing Director Flavio Briatore. “His appointment is another key step as we build towards challenging for the World Championship.”
