Ferrari is to use its permitted Formula 1 filming days to validate its raft of upgrades ahead of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, Italian media has reported.
Ferrari's intention to bring a sizeable package has been known for some time, with the team keen to focus on a new sidepod design inspired by the Red Bull RB20, as technical expert Paolo Filisetti explains here.

Wolff offers full support to Brown over Red Bull CV saga
Toto Wolff has voiced his agreement with Zak Brown over comments the McLaren Racing CEO made about CVs "flying everywhere" following Adrian Newey's shock resignation from Red Bull.
The American suggested his team had seen in influx of CVs being sent to it from employees of the Milton Keynes-based outfit in the wake of the news that the 65-year-old Red Bull chief technical officer would leave his post in early 2025.

Natalie Robyn, chief executive officer at the FIA, has left the organisation by "mutual consent" in order to "pursue opportunities outside" of Formula 1's governing body.
Robyn was appointed as the first female CEO of the FIA in November 2022, but she will leave her role at the end of May 2024 after just 18 months in post.
Horner taunts Wolff by revealing shock number of staff poached from Mercedes
Christian Horner has hit back at Zak Brown and Toto Wolff after the pair told media including RacingNews365 they had both seen an uptick in the number of Red Bull employees sending CVs to their respective teams.
The Red Bull team principal in particular took exception to Wolff's comments, choosing to respond directly with the number of staff Red Bull has taken from Mercedes in advance of it launching its first power unit in 2026.

Two charged with blackmailing former F1 boss have case dropped
Two people charged with attempting to blackmail a former Formula 1 boss have had their case discontinued at Reading Crown Court.
Ryan Hilton, 42 of Maidenhead in Berkshire, and Sarah Westbury, 31, of Slough were due to appear on Tuesday having recently been charged at East Berkshire Magistrates Court in March with an attempt to extort money from a former team boss.

Verstappen lap time loss after damage in Miami revealed
The Miami Grand Prix did not go smoothly for Max Verstappen, who 'just' won the sprint race and took pole position.
On Sunday, Lando Norris benefitted from the timing of a safety car to take the lead of the race after making his one and only pit stop of the race. The McLaren driver took full advantage of the situation and stormed to his first career grand prix victory.
